TUGS: TOP HAT

Ah yes! Everyone's favorite highbrow snob and king of one-liners, TOP HAT the railway tug! The fourth tug of the Star Fleet.  Equipped with a sharp wit and a vain disposition, TOP HAT is more or less tolerated by his fellow Star Tugs. He is considered to have the best character arch in TUGS, with one of the most intense heroic moments in his spotlight episode, HIGH TIDE!

TUGS (1988-1989) was a show created by David Mitton (1939-2008) and Robert D. Cardona, who worked on Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends during its live-action, model seasons. TUGS only had 13 episodes. This show has a special place in my heart, and I wanted to pay it some respect.
