Thank you very much! Critiques such as yours help me grow as an artist and I must also agree with you about the sparkles! I did feel that something was a little too much, however I always thought it was color schemes. But I now realize it was the sparkles all along! Haha Thank you so much for your critique you have no idea how much this helped me!

Thank you so much for your critique it always helps me tremendously to improve my artworks! There was not one concise story for this image. However, we have been learning about overseas battles and pirates in history, its been pretty hot where I live lately. And it's in the desert so I loved the desert/warm looking background. So I just collided those two ideas together and some beautiful peacock feathers and wah-lah
