Cooper Baker: A Doctor

Introducing another Doctor Who character, no wait, I lied. He's more of a Torchwood character.

This is Cooper Baker, he's obviously an alien that I so un-creatively named Canites. So he would be a Canine. As I said, non-creative. He's basically a wolf-human alien.

Anyhow, Cooper was originally a Doctor, yes a Doctor, for Jack's Torchwood, but he decided he wanted to go back home. So he did, but he winds up coming back to Earth after realizing he loved that planet and that his planet was actually a little to uncivilized for him. When he comes back, Jack already has a new Doctor. He meets Devin, *GozenYuji's character, however. She had re-opened Torchwood London under her and she just so happened to need a Doctor. So Copper is now the Doctor for the New Torchwood London.

That's as far as I have gotten with him so far though. One last thing, his tail isn't always visible. He has the ability to contract it. I just felt like drawing it.
