WORKFLOW ► Choose your commission type. It's better if you can give me all the details regarding
your commission in this step, including send me your pet photo (pet portrait) or your
character reference sheet. You can also us this form =

Details : (Please describe all the details about your character, including
what his expression will looks like,the pose or the composition,
the backgrounds, the mood color, etc)
► I will send you the invoice. Please note that I will start working after I've received the
payment (you can pay full upfront or 50% first and the other 50% after the painting is
finished)
► After I've received the payment, I will send you a sketch of your commission. I highly
encouraged you to let me know if you want to change or add anything major in this
step (for example the composition,etc).
For a full background painting, I will send you at least 2 kind of sketch/ideas so you
can decide which one you like the most.
► After you had agreed with the sketch, I will proceed to the next progress.
► I will send you the work in progress image.Up to this point, you can have 3x REVISION
for a minor change or details.
► Each painting can takes 5 days to 2.5 weeks, depends on the complexity. I will contact
you once your painting is finished. If you already pay the payment full upfront, I will
immediately send it to your email.
REFUND POLICY ► A 50% deposit is required to booking a slot on my waiting list. If I already start working
on your commission, this payment is not refundable.
► If for some reason you can't continue with the commission and I have not start with your
commission yet, I will refund 90% of your paid payment and keep the 10% (for Paypal
transaction fee & booking a slot)
COPYRIGHT AND RIGHT OF USE ► The customer retains the right to re-post and re-print the commissioned work for
non-commercial purpose only. Credit to the artist preferred.
► I, as the artist, retains the full right and ownership of the artwork. I have the right to alter, re-post and re-print the commissioned artwork, especially for promotional purposes.
