Celebi Dragon

I messed up on the green... it wasn't sapossed to be that bright and neonish... opps o.o... hehe anywho dis be meh Pokemon Dragons :3 CELEBI I actually was watching Pokemon 4 Ever while drawing this :3 and I just wanted to see if I could draw celebi... I got a flygon one coming soon :3 just gatta fix the head of it and then color it :3

I am getting better at dragon feet though :3
