Still Wakes The Deep 3d Concept art

I had the opportunity to spend a few months working with the incredibly talented team at The Chinese Room, to help visualise the unfortunate fates of various oil rig employees, and produce various body horror concepts and in game art for the 'Still Wakes The Deep' game.  I drew inspiration from all the classic body horror movies, though I drew heavily on the movie adaptions of 'The Thing' (1982-2011).

All art was created,sculpted, polypainted and rendered in Zbrush. Creating, continually, a fleshy kit that could be used to change or enhance future ideas.
