Feraligatr genes give Don Kapon a large and imposing build. He has brains as well as brawn, decades of making deals and forming alliances allowing him to wedge his way into power. A friendly, charismatic veneer conceals his truly ruthless nature. Anyone foolish enough to slight the Ludicolo in any way may find themselves with a bounty on their head, and the numerous goons and assassins employed by Kapon ensure that his enemies meet a grisly end.
Like many of his species, Don Kapon enjoys festive music. His office houses a captive quartet of mariachi musicians who provide his space with ambient trumpets and guitar strums. The band's tempo picks up whenever Kapon is informed of a successful hit job, and he'll perform a brief victory jig. Very few have ever witnessed this phenomena.
Don Kapon has been in kahoots with the law of Ywaru for many years, but the most recent sheriff is quite the plucky one, and seems determined to bring the overgrown lilypad monster to justice, once and for all.
