Arise by Arie

Since early Internet-era, I was a big fan of AniArie's brand of art-style(s) & worldbuilding, marvelled at various techniques & elements both hand-drawn & digital, powerful mix of Jet-Set-Radio meets GG meets MySpace Scene meets Indonesian/Malay-like futurism of colour scheme alongside unique stylized lighting. More innovative than mainstream manga & TV.

This was Not Collaborated Art but AT-request or Random Selected Sketch winning, I don't remember. All I know was I wanted one of my OCs in her art-style So Bad & I got it.

Sadly my other OCs at that time were still vague texts & ideas so only Arisu who had most art back then. I'm fortunate to have my OC in Arie's old Art-style even just sketch; bold usage of shadow & focused lighting, along with powerful illusion of wing to emulate strokes of light painting graffiti makes this an ideal portrait.

This time was also where I was really motivated to start drawing & creating everything I had in my head a reality. It may not be full-time job for me but dangit I was determined to use my remaining personal free-time for my "Projects". And so, started my journey into all things art.
