Madgie the Demon

Finally done with the first character design for TNFDB (The Nightmare from Down Below): my first original comic book back in 2008. I've actually sketched out the other 6 characters in the story, but I'm just too lazy to even finish them all at once. I'm glad this one is done though, if anything, Madgie would have to be the hardest character I've drawn in the TNFDB character sheet.

Anywho, this is Madgie Willerdson: an 18 year old who had lost both her parents in a terrible car accident back when she was 10, and is currently living with her foster parents and their son, George in Washington. She's somewhat a self-conscious person, but is very blunt with her words; ever since the accident, her attitude towards others has really changed. After getting mugged by two men in town, and saved by an unknown being, Madgie suddenly developed these strange abilities, and was claimed as the new host of a child-like demon named Em. Em is rather a rare jewel in the underworld, practically because she's the key to opening all the portals around the universe and other dimensions. With the demon child kept inside, Madgie is willing to keep both Em and herself out of harms way; no matter who it is, she will do anything to defend herself.

After meeting Reginald and the rest of the gang, Madgie learns to control the demon inside, and is able to team up with the group and their night patrols around town. Her favorite sport is Baseball, she's also a Navy kid, and a senior in High school. From what you and I know, Madgie Willerdson is just an anti-social teenager
