It’s been some time since I’ve last written in this journal. Things haven’t been the most exciting, lately. Surely there has been nothing worthy to write about. This has been the case until yesterday, however. Lazuli and I have spent enough time wandering in the sky. That’s why I decided that it was time to go for more treasure hunting. Lazuli was a little lazy of the idea at first, but I had a way to convince her to come along. Regardless, the treasure was hidden deep within a cave. I knew two things for certain. One is that the cave was likely stuffed with traps and obstacles that would make reaching it dangerous and even impossible for those who aren’t careful and skilled enough. I also know that there would be enemy pirates who will try to beat us to it. That’s why I thought ahead of how to take care of them. When we arrived at the cave, there was interestingly no other pirates in sight despite a couple of ships being nearby. My guess is that the pirates either have been searching
