Lego MOC: Tails's X-Tornado

A really awesome new Sonic Lego Model I just finished. One of my favorite vehicles used by the heroes of the Sonic series, and another one of the reasons why Sonic X was just such an awesome series. THE X-TORNADO!

Seriously, they really should have had this thing appear in the games, it would have been way too epic! I remember back when I first saw the show, I was so in love with how awesome the X-Tornado was, going from a mere biplane to a transforming super vehicle that looked like something out of freakin Star Fox! In fact, when I was much younger I tried making a Lego version of the X-Tornado back then. My old one wasn't so good looking though, largely due to me having less bricks and Bricklink not being a thing back then, but now that better parts exist and I can use Bricklink to buy the ones I need, I thought I'd try again, and now I did a much better job.

Like the original, my Lego X-Tornado has three pilot seats, which I put my Minifigs of Sonic, Tails, and Cream inside. I unfortunately haven't found, or made, a Chris Thorndyke Minifig, but maybe I might one day. These three were the best I could use, I don't own a Knuckles or Amy Minifig yet. As I showed in the upper right corner, the interior even has the HUD display and areas where Tails inserts the Chaos Emeralds to enhance the X-Tornado.

Also mine has several features, such as it actually transforms into Walker Mode, just like the original. Basically you pivot the engines down, open the bottom parts, and that's it. Also mine has adjustable wings, landing gear at the front that folds up, and the guns near the front actually shoot!
Unfortunately it's not one of my most sturdy Lego models. Some parts such as the smaller wings up front tend to fall off at times, but other than that, I think I did a great job on the detail and got as close as I could get. I even added the little black tips on the wings!

I don't care what you say, Sonic X was great, cute, and awesome, and The X-Tornado was such an awesome ship and one of the things that made it great! It wasn't a "Cheap knockoff of an F-Zero Racer" like some of you have said to me. And that doesn't make me a bad Sonic Fan to like this awesome ship!


So what do you all think? Is this a good Lego version of the X-Tornado or what? I heard more official Sonic Lego Sets are coming out this August, but I doubt they'd release an official X-Tornado, given how usually for third-party merchandise the shows and comics are sadly left out.

Also, any other Sonic vehicles you think I should make? The original Tornado was already in Lego Dimensions, and the Egg Mobile is already in an official set. I doubt I'd ever be able to afford or find enough parts to make the REALLY REALLY big ones either, so I'm not gonna make the Blue Typhoon or Egg Carrier.

Some I had in mind, I might try at the Titans, but only if the August sets don't make official ones. Also maybe Sam Speed's Rocket Car, or the Hyper Tornado might be doable. What do you all think? Any suggestions?
