Dengue Fever

I'm down with Dengue fever...will be inactive for quite some times. Hope ill get well soon enough :( If anybody Knows how i can get better quickly please leave a comment. Iv gone to the Doctor and he says there no medicine that would help. But he did give me some medicine to help keep the fever down. any idea how to increase the platelets? :'(
