#II The payment will be done via PayPal.
#III Full payment upfront, furthemore I can accepted half payment must be fulfilled before I start the commission, final half will be asked upon completion (Before sending Hi-Res). The commissioner should pay the PayPal fee (This is to avoid more cut-off from PayPal). All prices are in United Stated Dollar (USD).

- You will be given a few progress updates along the way. Feedback are welcome!
- If we are already moved to base or final color phase I'm only doing about color revision only!
- Feel free to post the art online. You can give me credit by simply mentioning me.
- The finished piece will be yours, If you're requested PSD layered files, it will charge $50.
- Resolution 300 DPI.
