The lighting kit I used to do this is the same one I used in my Fantasy photo. Was ridiculously ghetto.
To give you an idea of the lighting kit, it cost me all of like 15 bucks, consisted of 4 hand lights I bought with diffusers of thick white cloth or bounced off of aluminum foil. Oh, and I used an overhead projector in there too for even more light
