Following the creation of New Earth and the defeat of the Drej menace, humanity was once again on the cusp of a new age, as they began to rebuild their way of life and take their place among the stars. As tens of millions of refugees flooded onto the planet a new civilization took shape. And this civilization was shaping up to vastly different from anything in humanity’s long history. After decades of being scorned and exploited by many of the other great powers of the galaxy, most humans had seemingly given up on the thought of joining the greater galaxy. Others, however, had a rather different outlook.
