I agree with the other commenter- the placement of the crow is really clever! Henry is also my favorite from FE13, so I've been coming back to look at this piece a lot (mostly just staring into the crow's eye).

I might be overthinking this, but are the highlights on the crow's throat meant to reference Henry's jaw structure with the goal of further blending the two faces?
