Inque jumps out of her disguise

From the batman beyond episode "disappearing inque"

Inque had escaped her ice prison but being frozen had damaged her dna so she could not return to her human form unless she uses mutagen from a chemical factory. She gets help from Aaron the man who set her free after he was fired by his boss at her prision called gotham cryogenics.
