Personality: Known to be eccentric, suspicious/paranoid, passionate and loyal to a fault, determined and humble, struggles with anger issues and outbursts of emotion, enjoys the thrill of both the hunt and the kill

Notable physical traits: long red hair, amber eyes, shorter than average Imperials, eyebrows curl up at the ends

Fun Fact: Even after losing his sanity to eight years of solitude, Cicero is still a highly trained and clever assassin. He may play up his "madness" to cause victims to underestimate him.
