Czech Senate constituencies

Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic is elected using a two-round system in single-MP constituencies, 81 in total, which are seperated into three groups, each of which is elected in for 6 years, with an offset of 2 years from each other group. The idea behind this system is, that this system works as a break in democracy, preventing a populist to sway the national government in single elections, rather having to have the support of at least 50% of the populace for at least 6 years. Those constituencies have to have their borders reworked if their population diverges from the average population of a senatorial constituency by more than 15%.
