Banana Watermelon Dragon

Two arts in ONE DAY!! It's amazing! But uh... Here's a banana and watermelon themed dragon that I suddenly got inspiration for when the idea of combining fruit with something came to mind. It was coloured with watercolour pencils on some not-very-heavy watercolour paper. I was going to go over it with water for a watercolour effect and then add some details with the watercolour pencils once it dried, but I liked the colouring as it currently is without the water too much to go any further with it lest it turn out poorly...!

And uh... maybe my next art will be something more background-having and dragon-withouting. Though I have so much motivation right now for these smaller, simpler drawings, and I find them so enjoyable, so who knows...! It's refreshing to change mediums and subjects though. The thought of doing digital art right now seems unappealing compared to doing traditional art which I so rarely do...

Oh, and this thing was really poorly planned and quickly put together, so some parts of it probably seem off. And the scanner didn't pick up much of the light blue I used to shade the white parts of the body. o_O
