Whatever Happened to Men?: Cowl- Prologue
Prologue
You all know the fairy tale of ‘Red Riding Hood.’ You also know the myths of werewolves. This dynamic has rules of its own when it comes to being. Werewolves have their village. The werewolves are part of the town. They Socialize with one werewolf and another. Some humans aren’t werewolves; some worship the wolf people, and some don’t like wolves. The village also has a monster around their area. It is not the werewolf type of monster; it is the kind that appears to be what wolves fear most. This monster shapeshifts into a red-hooded girl. The reason for the Red Riding Hood illusion is what werewolves were haunted by, and the shapeshifting spirit wanted power from the gathering of humans to perish wolves and werewolves. The Humans follow Red Riding Hood’s pain and suffering and tell the gathering people to kill wolf types. The shape-shifting spirit, lurking in the shadows, waits for the perfect moment to strike, adding a layer of suspense to the already tense situation.

Whatever Happened to Men?: Cowl- Part 1
Part 1
A stroll was taking place at the park. Many people go there in summertime, but autumn weather is more relaxed—almost cold. That evening, two people walked together toward several trails and exercises.
“Keep up the good work, Bridgett!” He called her.
“Hunter, you’re more ahead of me!” She called him.
They both were panting and going a bit faster.
Hunter sat on the bench first when Bridgett came and sat beside him, “Bridgett? Water?”
“Maybe you should’ve carried it on the way here.” She passed the bottle of water to him.
“Sorry. I was maybe ahead of you, and perhaps holding water would slow me down a bit.” He joked and drank.
“Nah-uh,” Bridgett shook her head. “You would slow down in hot weather.”
“The past is in the past.” He laughed. “Come on, let’s keep going.”
“You are so unpredictable.” She drank and said sarcastically.
Hunter walked ahead of Bridgett while she ran behind him, and Power walked again. When they went on, they arrived at the playground area. It was

The following day, the news was spreading about the little girl and the old lady’s corpse, and there was no evidence about where they came from. Only random bodies that went to the wrong place at the wrong time.
Hunter and Bridgette went to a coffee shop 15 blocks away, drinking their favorite morning drinks—Hunter’s Coffee with black and sugar and Bridgette’s Coffee with French Vanilla Creamer. They’ve been familiar with the shop's workers, and they get the same things. They talked about the mysterious dead bodies at the playground the other day, and other people heard the news, and they became interested in how frightened Hunter and Bridgette were.
Bridgette sips her coffee slowly, “We couldn’t believe it, either.”
“I’m glad you two are safe.” The one Male Biker admired.
“It could’ve been worse than jogging for hours.” Hunter joked.
“What will the police figure out?” A Female Biker added.
They talked and talked until 9:30 AM. Hunter and Bridgette went out for some other

Part 3
The following morning, Hunter and Bridgette went to their usual coffee shop. Other people were doing the routine, but another news came when a suicide man shot himself. Others gossip about who might’ve killed the man by shooting himself or by somebody who forced him to do it. The Name on the news was Ben Stark, who committed suicide. Hunter called him that night. One of the group members had perished. Others knew Ben Stark to be a good leader in the coffee shop.
But now he’s dead, the suicide note was found, and the police found evidence that the note mentioned, ‘I am the one who has the bloodline of a wolf.’ Nobody suspected Ben could kill himself because he was on the werewolf side. The Worst part is that the bullet went through his head and was made of silver. Every one of them, even Hunter and Bridgette, knew Ben as a werewolf and never had any thoughts of giving up his life. Hunter wants to take Ben’s advice and not go out on the whole moon night.

Part 4
Sir Harold and his Gatherers searched for the Couple and other werewolf members. The couple and others ran towards the town and went into a bookstore, where the owner prepared guns from the gatherers and put crosses over doors in case Red’s Ghost and her Granny were pure evil not to enter. The others read some books to pass the time, but Jorge and Debra found a book about demons that shapeshift into innocent beings from what unusual beings are afraid of.
“All of you, look at this,” Jorge called out to the rest of the people in the store, “We’re about to discover what this Girl and her grandmother are all about.”
Jorge went through a few pages slowly and checked every sentence. The shapeshifter who made the Red Hooded Girl and the grandmother with her basket was based on history, when people who are Loup Gaurus and Werewolves are the victims of the disillusioned beings who feed off werewolf members’ fears and brainwash non-werewolf people to get them to execute. A Red

Bridgette continued further to the right of the town. She jogged quickly, and the third gatherer tried to keep up.
A Mile away from the usual trail, trying to find more help, the third gatherer had his first gatherer helping him.
Meanwhile, Hunter was dragged into Sir Harold’s center while the gatherers injected him with a tranquilizer. It quickly numbed his body and made him tired. Hunter tried to fight it off but couldn’t stay awake. ‘Oh Bridgette,’ He thought about his loved one, ‘They better not catch you; they better not touch you…’
“There, the drug should do it,” The Second Gatherer mumbled with others. “We’ll know where to put these wolves just as soon Sir Harold gives information.”
“What about his other followers?” The Gatherer asked next to the second one.
“Other of our gatherers are all around. They can’t miss them.”
The Drug kicked inside Hunter. He was fast asleep, relaxing in his mind until he was walking in a dream. Only this time, it wasn’t his usual

In the center of the town, Sir Harold and other wolf hunt gatherers captured other members of wolves. Hunter can sense Jorge, Debra, and Bridgette bleeding from their wounds. They were beaten up to be taking them where Hunter was, only now, they’re chained up. Hunter watches Bridgette in tears, and he feels more pain.
“Our mission is almost fulfilled, but the full moon is about to shine.” Sir Harold told other townspeople who are non-wolf. “And as you can see, their bad wolf bloodlines must be put down.”
“From what happened to the Girl and the old lady at the playground.” The third gatherer shared.
“The evil wolf kind went way too far into eating them away; They have crossed the line big time.” The fourth Gatherer shared next.
“We have helped the poor child and her grandmother.” Sir Harold continued. “And for this moment, they will be burned and perish for good.”
Debra merely sobbed while Bridgette wished she hadn’t heard about being punished. When other gatherers arrived

Part 7
When the gatherers pulled out their guns with silver bullets, they prepared the stacks of hay and wood to put the beasts to being burned into the fire. They’ll be pushed into the fire while being in cages when the gatherers picked the first one, who was the officer.
They carried the police werewolf’s cage and tossed him into the fire. That werewolf howled with agony and burned alive in seven minutes when the painful howl stopped. Jorge was next, being thrown into the fire while howling with agony for five minutes. Some non-wolf people burst into tears when they wished the gatherers could stop it, but Sir Harold and the gatherers still fulfill their destiny to sacrifice the wolves. Debra Wolf became next; she went through the pain, along with others before her. Until then, the Gatherers chose Hunter, the werewolf, to suffer next and let Bridgette, the werewolf, be last.
Hunter as the werewolf wildly snapped in his cage when the gatherers carried him towards the fire; when
