sadly i am fully self-taught so i cannot recommend you to any courses or tutorials myself! i mostly just wing it and experiment whenever i can,,

my only tip to make animating it easier is separating body parts by layers if you can! For headshots i make a completly different folder for the eyes or the entire face even!
