After entering the Realm of the Entity, Bill thought he would never hear that pesky whining of that wretched Witch ever again. He was sorely mistaken
"Argh, Horseshit! Listen, son, what ever you do: Don't. Startle. The Fucking Witch!"

Dead by Daylight AU where not only Bill was taken from an alternate L4D Universe but also some of the Special Infected (Probably Witch, Smoker and Hunter since they are the most Famous)
My headcanon is, that Bill and Jake (and yes, this is supposed to be Manbun!Jake) develop a  Father-Son Bonding. I don't know, just like the thought.. since.. well Jake's dad wasn't the most loving of all and Bill kind of IS a father figure
And yes, the wall writing is from L4D. Besides that one on the Backwall, it's hard to read but it says 'Abonden Hope all ye who enter here' and it's the inscription above the gate of hell in 'The godly comedy' by Dante Alighieri. 
The Scene itself was inspired by, of course the Mercy Hospital from L4D and the Léry's Memorial Institute Map from Dead by Daylight
