Blue's Destiny

The first thing that stood out to me was just how beautiful this piece was and the girl's hair, of course. The bright blue of the sparkling water and the glowing orange fishes are definitely eye-catching and it brightens the mostly gray background. The girl's body anatomy looks correct, though the pose looks a bit unnatural. I mean if she were extending herself over a visible railing this pose would make more sense, but it is only a minor problem and doesn't distract from the artwork. I love her facial expression, her eyes almost seem mesmerized by the floating water as she stretches to reach it and she at peace with this surreal moment. And I got to say, I love the character design. She looks so pretty and her hair is fabulous, with the fish and the sparkles and the little bun in her hair. The background could be more expressive, it could create a small narrative of what is happening in the picture and it would add to the overall beauty of this picture.

In conclusion, this is a nice soothing piece and I am glad to have seen it.
