OC ref sheet

Updated ref sheet! (I didn't post the previous versions on DeviantArt through)

I decided to change the look of the references a bit, and also update the designs themselves. James is mostly the same, except for the more bird-like anatomy of his legs and the resulting slight changes in clothing design
