“If it doesn’t work in black and white, it won’t work in color,” I was once told, and since then I’ve been very conscious of contrast and detail. This turned into a love for pen and ink, which I taught myself. Pen cannot be erased and I enjoy the challenge of avoiding mistakes. This has made me more disciplined in my craft. It is also highly therapeutic for me, and I enjoy being able to bring ideas to life for everyone’s viewing pleasure.
