This happened to me quite a few times when I was younger. I assume I just have resting bitch face, but apparently, it's also an autistic thing too. We can have issues conveying our emotions.

Anyway, since Penny is based on me as a child, it happens to her too. Thankfully, Judge catches on when it's the wrong face.
