IntroductionHello, my name is Chris (Dutch02), also known as "E.X.O. Armor Labs".
My primary art medium is 3D/ Polygon Modeling and HDRI Rendering
software to render the 3D models in a scene. From there I go back over
the render with some Photomanip software to accent points I want to
stand out more. I occasionally work with Digital Drawing as well. That
is just the low-down of what I do.
Went through 4 years of Structural/ Manufacturing Drafting & 3D
modeling. This was during my time in Highschool, since then I have
continued to educate myself further into the 3D modeling aspects.
Faced numerous failures and even full on losses of past years of my
concept models due to hardware failure, and I have not let it break
my stride in creativity.

 Influences on my Art
If it wasn't apparent enough, my artwork was inspired by something.
After having played the Metroid Prime series and Halo series a majority
of my life, I've had an inclination towards the design aesthetics shown in
both series. I started out just copying armor designs shown in the games
for my first 4 years of learning how to visualize things in a 3D environment.
Since then I have branched out and made my own designs;  essentially, I
end up "throwing stuff into a blender" and through my own creative
process "sifting out the un-appealing" bits to get a satisfying appearance.
Of course, some end up better than others which is a given.

                     Software & Other Specifics
If you've come across my profile, I'm sure your wanting to know what
I use to accomplish my artworks.
1.  Google Sketchup Pro
Thats right, I use the lightest weight 3D modeling software out there
to accomplish a faster work flow. Keeps my laptop's resource usage
fairly low so I can work on highly detailed models with ease. My weak
point is that I dont work with "high-poly" modeling much. I've
experimented with high-poly 3D Sculpting but have yet to get comfy
with how it works. I will eventually expand into using it.
2. Keyshot 4.0
By far the best stand-alone 3D Model Rendering software out there.
It does have a rather steep cost; its software that works incredibly.
Bungie and other game studios have used this software to "quick-
render" their UV-painted/ textured 3D Character models without
having to expend the time of setting up a whole scene in 3D Studio
Max or Blender. Just a matter of importing the model and selecting
a scene and its there.
3. GIMP 2.0
The true and through best free-to-use image manipulation software.
I've been using it ever since version 0.3 and I can say for sure its the
closest free alternative to "Photoshop".
4. Medibang Paint
Again another true and through free-to-use software, specifically for
Digital Drawing. The last 8 years I've been constantly experimenting
with using various drawing tablets getting comfortable with how
different it is to draw on a drawing tablet surface to paper, of course.
Over the last year I have gotten comfortable with using the drawing
tablet so I am eventually posting more digital drawing artworks.
