Description
Yet another bumble-bee macro shot.
These busy (not so) little insects are probably the best volunteers available for doing nature macro shots.
They are not so easily irritated and scared away and their fuzzy pelt makes for an interesting extra.
This picture was made in the garden of a fellow Sony/Minolta forum user during a little user meeting. When I made this shot, I was testing his macro lens on my camera, so this picture wasn't done with my own lens.
I found out, why this quite old Minolta 100mm macro lens has such a great reputation. Definitely an awesome lens, easily on par with my much newer Tamron 90mm lens, probably even a bit better.

Picture taken with a Sony Alpha 700 and a Minolta 100mm/2.8 Macro lens.
