Falling For You - Art Trade

Art trade with . She painted a scene from Goosefeather's Judgment, so I painted this for her. It's not a real scene, but it IS from the roleplaying site we're both on. The characters are Berryleaf, the golden tabby, owned by Cranefeather. PinkEnvy owns the silver tabby she-cat, Wolfclaw.

The two of them are going to end up mates (haven't yet XD) So I painted them playing in the fall leaves together. Hence the title...Falling For You. Get the pun there? Get it?

Anyway... XD

So yeah. I decided to be rather ambitious with the scene, rather than do a simple one of them just sitting together or something. I had fun with the background (I tried Birch trees for the first time! Sure, they aren't correctly proportionate to the cats, but whatever. It's fictional cat land. XD)

I wish that I could have painted 'em without outlines, though. It would have looked a lot better then. Or thinner outlines. Ah, well. I still like the painting, in the end.
