Hi, I would like to know if this is information safeguarded by guilds and other important Pokémon, or if it is something publicly known. I’m asking because my Nidoran, Slashter, is an irritable Pokémon who sometimes has fits of rage and uses a dark attack. I want to understand how other Pokémon might perceive him as a possible Shadow Pokémon (he is not one). If this is information that the public is unaware of, please ignore the second question.
