Looks like members of this group aren't allowed to submit artwork to the group! If this is a mistake, you can change it in the settings! Just go to Admin Area> Manage Members> Members> Show All Folders > Submissions to "[Name Of Folder]" > Then select either "Are Subject To Vote" or "Are Automatically Allowed" Then change that for every folder and hit "Save Now" and you're all set!
