Though I am unfamiliar with the anime character you are drawing here, I like the colors of this piece. The background has a nice blurred and abstract feel to it, and that in a way accentuates the character more. The profile pose seems a bit awkward though, only because it so straight. Perhaps if he were angled just slightly it would give a more realistic impression, because for me the piece looks a bit too "Alfred Hitchcock Presents", if you know what I mean. The colors are good, though there is one line on the neck that seem a bit off, especially from this pose. It looks as if his head could slide off his neck because of how angled that one line is. Other than those few things I think this is decent piece of fan art, good job.
