A lark. A random story. Trying to push myself to finish SOMETHING. I also need to get a feel for what will "fly", what I can get away with, on DA. So I am pushing a few buttons here, but it should be nothing overtly objectionable. If there is something to be concerned with, please tell me POLITELY.

If you are a sensitive type, keep in mind 1) there is far worse on DA by leagues and parsecs , and 2) just keep walking. No one is keeping you here. No one is forcing you to read it. Its mere existence can not hurt you.
