TOS:

Personal/non commercial usage only. Cannot be sold. You are

allowed to use it to ask for art of it from other people. Must credit me always, you cannot claim it as your design. You will be able to ask for corrections three times during each stage of design, and are responsible for communicating with me when I send you updates as I work. Please have all needed references to complete the needed commission, but you can always add more as needed. If you will not respond by 48 hours from my message (any response is good to show you are online), the commission will be null and void. I will be able to post the final watermarked piece on my page,  and if you will not respond for 72 hours from my last message I may use the commission for my own. I will retain full rights to all designs and payments.

Payment will be split halfway, with one half sent upon securing commission slot and the second half delivered on finishing the piece. Once payment is delivered fully, you will get the full unwatermarked commission.
