Crocodile among the sands

Okay, I admit that I was heavily influenced by my current interest in Warhammer fantasy Lizardmen when creating this artwork. I really like the crocodile designs some of these scaly guys have.

To be clear, this is not an original Warhammer character, just a concept that I really wanted to explore. I wasn't sure what weapon to put in this drawing, just that it was some kind of polearm, so I came up with this spiky thing here.
