last post was 2009... errrks. It's been a long long long while.So much has happened. Stopped doing comics for a while now. Just doing illustrations for companies. Got married, Moved, have a baby girl. Life just got jacked up 1000 miles an hour.Will try and get back into this. Keen not to make this my last post either. hah.Thanks to everyone to have posted, replied and I'm sorry my replies have been lack luster.Here's to a greater glorious 2014...

have been trying to work on 'sketch of the day' for the past few weeks. i've always tried but failed. i was determined this time. but in the end, it lasted 4 days. then i couldn't get to a scanner or was inundated with deadlines and work. i've always admired mike wieringo and other artists for doing it. don't know how they did it, but for me, it was too much pressure with looming deadlines always threatening. so i've carried on doing sketches. at least averaging 1 in 3 days. sometimes i have surprised myself with 3 or 4 in a day. so i guess in the end, as long as i keep it fairly consistent, i won't kill myself over it. it'd be nice, of co...

so sorry for the late reply. Got buried again with stuff.

I've been drawing since kindergarten. I'm now 41. So ya, many years. It took me at least 30 years to get to do my first pro work. But then again, I'm a slow learner!!!!
Both. The style I have is self taught but I did go thru basic painting and art classes.
I do both too. Mainly speed painting videos but will always scan and show off after finish.
I started my first pro work in 2000.

thanks for responding, no matter how long, I already knew that have things to do. So I appreciate the detailed answer me ... 
I've been drawing nine years, and that talent is only 10%, the rest is work and technique, and certainly have nothing to envy of other artists.
