Hey everyone! It's been a hot minute since I submitted anything here, but I've been feeling creative again in various ways. I started a YouTube channel for mostly Let's Plays and other gaming-related stuff. It's been great having another outlet for creativity, which in turns makes me feel more inspired. I've sketched and doodled in notebooks mostly but it still feels great to feel like an artist again. I guess what I'm trying to say is if you've hit a wall regarding your passion, don't give up but instead expand your interests and learn new ways to let loose your creative juices. It may balance everything out for you in the end. If nothing else, it's a good way to branch out and find new discoveries about yourself. Here's a link to my channel if you'd like to check it out. Be warned, I'm still learning the ropes of technology and getting used to hearing my own voice so there may be a technical hiccup or a brush of shyness every now and then. Hey everyone, it's been a while. It's been pretty clear that I'm not as active with my art as I used to be. When I started posting to DeviantArt almost 10 years ago, I had goals to become a well-known artist/story teller. But I never fully realized what it took to accomplish that, so for most parts I just drew whatever I felt like all willy-nilly. No plans for the long run. A lot can happen in 10 years. These last few years especially have been a personal struggle. Making friends, loosing friends, falling in love, loosing love, I came pretty close to loosing myself a few times. And this was all before 2020 even started. Naturally, my creativity took a huge hit as a result. I haven't felt inspiration to draw in a long time. I even had to cancel art projects I was working with other people on because it was too mentally draining. Hey everyone. just a brief update.I haven't been posting stuff as often as I'd like to, or even completing stuff for that matter. I want to get all my ideas out there but between working and the occasional lack of motivation, it can be hard.All this junk happening with Tumblr (my only other go-to art site) isn't helping at all. None of my stuff was flagged as "inappropriate" but you never know with these clowns running the site. It's a real shame too because I've been considering expanding my drawing skills into NSFW territory and Tumblr would've been the best pace to post it.
