The Downfalls of our Education System

Ive been meaning to write something on this subject but I havent found the right words until today. I want to say a few things on the topic of education.I think a lot of us have felt the downfalls of our public education systems. The problem is that the world is changing, but the way we educate our population has a relatively low rate of change in comparison. I think Jack Welch said it best.
