I was born.
I figured out how to hold a pen.
I drew.
I liked it.
I hated it.
I liked it again.
I applied for artschools.
I got rejected.
I got angry.
I painted more.
I had an exhibition.
I am still painting.
Just wanted to pop by and let you know you're one of the most unique artists I've ever seen and your gallery is top notch. I'm not an art expert so I can't make any educated comments on method, or use of color, or any of that jazz. What I can say is that your art stands apart and it's fantastic. I had one of your prints hanging in my living room for years and every time I looked at it, it was like side-stepping reality into a tiny dream.
Thank you very much. That means alot to me. You don't need to undertsand art in order to apreciate it. In fact, i feel like the best art is the one that doesn't need any explanation, but that has an immediate emotional impact.
What print did you have and where did you buy it?
It was "Sheets." I got it through the deviantart BuyAPrint option. Honestly, if I could I would have gotten more. I remember being really interested in "Home" and "Wild Playground" as well.
Ah, that one. It’s a dark one, but it is just that with the light and what’s hidden in the shadows that makes for a cool dynamic.
It seems like they have removed the function of selling prints on deviant art, or it’s reserved for core-members maybe.
But if ever you were really interested in getting a print then just let me know and i’d look into it and see if we could work something out.😊
Wow… Thank you very much. That means alot to me. You don’t need to ”understand” art in order to appreciate it. My goal has always been to create art that makes an impact on some sort of emotional level, rather than an intellectual level. So to hear you say that you are sort of ”feeling” my art is the best compliment you could give me.
What print did you have and from where did you get it?
How do I go about purchasing The Beekeeper
amazing works!)
