Lionman

Before The Lionman - 

Lionman belongs to the Omega Reality. The Omega Reality is almost identical to our universe, however, many of the inhabitants are filled with superpowers. That was since the Evolutionary Humans from a baron Reality migrated for their survival. The Ultravox of that time, over used quantum computers, which altered the Reality to which he saw fit, but he didn't account for all the variables and he was accidentally destroying the fabric of reality. His son however, the present Ultravox, could use them without damaging Reality, due to his inherent understanding of them. But the leader of a secret society, Exodius, (Word pun on Exodus) wanted the evolutionary humans to follow him. He fought relentlessly and eventually killed the original Ultravox, but he was locked up.

Peter, who's the son of that Ultravox and the next in line, fought against the villains for years before being able to transport his people to another Reality. After his own was damaged beyond repair. Peter took the reins of Ultravox and finished the quantum computers. But as the race migrated and arrived on the new Earth, the enemy followed. He unfortunately brought the war to the new Earth, after years of battling, sacrifices from human and Evolutionary Human alike, the heroes won, and thus Ultravox started global repairs and reparations. Eventually becoming the emperor of Oceania. Becoming a global superpower.

Ultravox befriended the Earth’s leaders and managed to secure a place for him to rule over. Which is known on our earth as Victoria, and Melbourne City but it was changed to Pinnacle City. But there was more evil lurking, Ultravox X was planning Exodus's escape. Exodus's master, Morganeth, sworn pain on Ultravox's family line because Morganeth was the immortal sworn enemy of the original Ultravox, Peter’s far ancestor.

Lionman's Story -

"Alright, well, the first twelve years of my life were spent in luxury, as a prince, you'd kinda expect that. However, there was one thing that made me stand out from the rest of my family. My Evolutionary Gene was blocked, the gene is what gives Evolutionary Humans their powers. Mine was deficient. While everyone in my family was elite. By 12, my dad sent me to the Himalayas, to locate the lost Marenzia Town. I was accepted and trained by Master Zhao Yazhu for three years. He brought the best out of me, teaching me The Way of the Lion. A martial art, and the ability to manipulate spiritual energy to enhance myself physically. I made friends who were more like family there. Including my best friend, Wayne, who is now known as The Bengal Tiger. Anyway, the town was decimated and the majority of the students and warriors there were brutally murdered by... Morganeth... The son of Satan and a Vampire Queen... Master Zhao Yazhu, Ethan and I were the only ones seemingly remaining, we fought this monster with everything we had... But... Ethan was thrown off the mountain first, then my master was slaughtered... In front of me... Even his holy magic couldn't repel Morganeth and I... I would not like to go into detail of what happened to me next but... I was thrown off the mountain, thought to be dead as my memory was almost purely wiped."

"Then, I was retrieved by the Blood Moons... A clan of ninjas and assassins', they turned me into a brutal weapon, a monster with no morals or remorse, who killed anyone the clan opposed. Quickly rising to the top, as I slowly regained fractals of my memory, identity and morals back. Before I spent a year destroying them from the inside. Eventually, I did completely and I travelled the wilderness for an entire year, I then crossed paths with the Extinguish Agency, a group formed to deal with Evolutionary Villains. I was recruited and trained there learning to deal with evil super powered villains and how to take them out. Every mission I grew and grew. It took me a full year since then to come to full realisation of who I was, once I did, I knew I had to come back to Pinnacle City. Joining my father's team for about a year before I suffered violent blackouts from the demonically enhanced PTSD. I left to experiment on myself to try to stop these blackouts. Travelling to the African Savannah to study meditation and Spiritual Practice.

The ritual brought out who I was on the inside, turning me into an embodiment of self, The Lionman I was forced to fight in a war-torn limbo for thousands of years spiritually, but only three physical years in the real world, as time is relative within different dimensions. My father, Ultravox, found my whereabouts and helped him defeat the ruler of this realm, The Demonic God Moltouros. Alongside the revolution combatants who also had great power. I was the one to ultimately defeat him after earning the Sword of Agregus which once belonged to the elder God Agregus who was killed by Maltouros after eons of fighting evil wearing down his body. I then returned home and now I’m forming my own team...

Strengths:

All Lionman’s physical stats are scaled relative to the realm he’s fighting in. But it’s a safe assumption that he is physically relative to the higher tier characters. His abilities include. Herculean superhuman strength, he is proportionately superhumanly powerful, enough to rival and potentially surpass some of the strongest heroes and villains on the planet. Superhuman speed, agility and stamina. Also possessing Lion-like senses, as well as a healing factor. His healing factor can quickly heal minor wounds. However, not fatal wounds. His greatest asset is the Lion Roar, which can be used to emit sound, concussive force, etc, he can use it on different settings but at its most powerful it’s far stronger than any punch he could ever throw. He also has the ability to transform into his Primal forms, each getting more powerful than the last, as far as physical attributes. However, losing his human control and rational behaviour. Therefore he decides not to go past Primal 1 normally. And that’s only in situations he feels he really needs to.

Weaknesses:

The longer the Lionman is exposed to water the more his powers will slowly sap away. The larger the body of water the quicker this process is. Lionman is also vulnerable to sound based attacks due to his superhuman heightened senses. Lionman’s greatest weakness is his morality, he doesn’t kill if he can neutralise. This however only counts for living beings that is. He also almost always has compassion for an enemy and will continuously attempt to show them a better way. Lionman is regal and charismatic but he can have a temper which can cloud his judgement if he’s not focussed and that can lead to bad decision making. And that’s when his switch flips. Becoming extremely aggressive in battle. Not showing the same compassion. And due to his pride, Lionman will never turn down a challenge, that means that he'll battle anyone, even if it puts him in danger or the enemy is more powerful than himself. Or if an enemy challenges him to put him at a disadvantage. Unless it’s completely nonsensical he will oblige just to prove how much of a badass he is.

Inventory:

Nanite Tonormium armour; This armour is used by Lionman formed with a press of his belt buckle and envelopes around him for battle, it can absorb certain amounts of kinetic energy to soften blows against him and is more durable than any known material on our earth substantially.

Sword Of Agregus; a weapon once wielded by an ancient God, This sword is bonded within Lionman, and he can use it whenever he wills, this sword can slice through almost anything known to his verse.

Likes: Honour, Pride, JUSTICE, equality, food, fighting, people who are selfless, looking out for the underdog, community.

Dislikes: Villainy, discrimination, injustice, procrastination, lack of accountability, selfishness, and a lack of order.

Interesting Facts:

While he has a stern regal presence, his interior is the complete opposite, he’s a kind soul always wanting to do what’s best. He’s quite frankly a softy behind the mindstate that he puts himself in when he goes into battle.
Lionman’s mindstate in a fight is one of war. The complete contrast of himself. Loving the thrill of the fight and can be super aggressive when getting into it.
The Lionman is terrified of not doing his best and protecting the people that he loves so he suffers from anxiety as well as trauma from his past. Because he wasn’t able to protect the people he loved when Morganeth killed them. This leads to Daniel taking obsession with protecting everyone he’s close with at ANY COST. Most definitely even his own life.
