Son'jya Solysman is Officer Elcee's (Wonder Cop) estranged older sister. Both were oprhans in an intergalactic war, separated when they were little children. Son'jya was soon rescued by a notorious warlord and raised her as his own. Under the new code name of Sparta Maxima, Son'jya was raised among the ranks as one of the galaxy's most notorious war criminals, and her sister was raised as a police officer and soon an undercover detective with the Galaxy Guardian Police. When Elcee first investigated one of Son'jya's arms smuggling operations, she went undercover to arrest her. When during one of the sting operations where Elcee was about to arrest Son'jya, both sisters' telepathic links activated only to find out that both were related. Thus was Elcee's obsession with tracking Son'jya and bringing her to justice.

At a nearby military depot planet a light years from Earth's Terran System, Son'jya, somehow knowing that her sister is nearby revealed to her henchman that she is planning to go to Earth and find a special material found on the planet which was vital to her plans of military conquest. Departing to the planet in her mini-starship, sensing her sister pursuing her, Son'jya and Elcee engaged in a dogfight near Earth's orbit, using one of her starship's weapons as a distraction, Son'jya escaped to Earth with her sister not far behind. They landed somewhere in rural Tokyo, Japan where the warlord was finally cornered. Suddenly, both sisters past out due to a strange chemical in Earth's atmosphere which is tempering with their physiologies. Son'jya later regained consciousness, having soon discovered extraordinary abilities and powers, leading to the chain of events in which she takes full advantage of her newfound abilities combining with the hi-tech weapons in her battle suit to wage a new conquest of the planet while still searching for the vital material there. With her sister, now known as Wonder Cop obsessed with her downfall, two estranged sisters, now mortal enemies battle each other for the fate of planet Earth hanging in the balance.

Power-hungry and possessing a fierce sense of determination and power, Sparta will stop at nothing to achieve her sinister goals of conquest. Though still having feelings that her enemy is also her sister, she views her as another obstacle standing in the way.

Sparta has the exact same powers as Wonder Cop: super-strength, super-speed, invulnerability, flight, powered vision, super-breath, energy projection, teleportation and time travel. One of her two main weakness with an experimental "Beta-Beam", a concentrated light beam emitting through a combination of a radioactive crystal from her home planet and Earth diamonds; when emitted towards her it drains her strength and making her semi-invulnerable and near powerless (except normal teleportation, if she is strong enough to engage this). She is also is vulnerable to Earth magic and sorcery. In both cases, she can be replenished back to full strength with "Beta-Beam" waves supplied by her starship. Her telepathic abilities match those with her sister and share a special "link" with each other, sensing each other's presence when nearby. She dons a specialized hi-tech battle armor made out of bullet-proof alien materials and is equipped with several weaponry including concealed laser cannons, photon missile launchers, generating plasma swords, and jet boots for backup flight; she used her battle armor as a backup when her powers are drained. She is a highly experienced military strategist and tactician due to time served in several alien wars. She is highly trained in intergalactic martial arts and hand-to-hand fighting techniques and is adapting on Earth-based techniques. She has extensive training in space naval combat and aerial dog fighting.
