The Moonlit Corridor

These are the opening words of the first book in 'The Moonlit Corridor', a four part novella that took four years to complete. Readers favored phrases like the one posted above. I'm considering uploading the complete story on this D-art site, but don't know the procedure, so for now I decided to post short quotes from the book.
