UT Alphys AU - Mistake

SPOILERS FOR GENOCIDE AND TRUE LAB!

An Alternative Universe idea after some steam discussions how some people would have liked an Alphys battle.
One guy had an idea that she may have used the amalgamates as fighters while going twisted scientist herself. It would be a Genocide AU.
She would not completely loose it, but be a bit more twisted but not evil.

So i expanded upon the idea and started to like it a lot! She was actually one of the starting faves (before flowey and sans shoved in as well).

In this Genocide AU, Alphys sees undyne dying on the srceen and instead of evacuating the civilians herself, she sends mettaton to do it, and goes to Undyne to get the body/remains. Undyne would be on the brink of death, being in a half dusty melting state. Alphys also collects other casualties remains.... As a last hope in saving something left of Undyne.... she knowingly injects Determination into Undyne and puts the other remains with her. Rumoured fused monsters include Monster Kid (who may have fell at the bridge), Muffet, Royal guards..... but because it was mostly only their dust, their presence isn't that strong as Undyne's..
Alphys would send mettaton at the MTT resort to stop you, and wait herself with the Undyne Amalgamite at the normal Mettaton show stage.
During battle with her Amalgamite she would talk to you... depressed and desperate talking about her failures and how ironic it would be if her failures would succeed.. all the while tears flowing from her eyes. She has to use her science on her love after all.

Amalgamite Undyne would use weird patterned spears and "smoke" attacks. Smoke attacks would be implementing grey and block vision. These always go in a pattern and do not cover a too big of an area.
Another special attack would be her claws wich would try to grab you from 3 corners of the box.

Because this amalgamite has monster dust in it, it is weaker and can be damaged.

During one of the last attacks of Amalgamite Undyne, Alphys sees she was wortless after all in her attempt to stop you. She will leave the fight screen before you do the final blow to Undyne.
When you walk out of the show stage room you will see a dust pile with a lab coat and broken glasses in the corner.

Actually, by my old post that i would draw oc's. Someone suggested something similair to papyrus AU genocide, where you actually fight an amalgamite made last second by alphys in a last attempt to stop you after mettaton. The amalagamite would have parts of undyne and other monsters previously murdered and a sobbing mentally unstable alphys standing besides it. Sobbing how she is such a mistakand all mistakes should suffer. (Talking about you, and talking about her enduring the knowledge she guilt tripped herself in using undune in the next amalgamite) I am having trouble designing the amalgamite, but i got a clear vision on how alphys would act.

And now related to the OP. When you are on the brink of defeating the "undying amalgamite" , she exits the battle screen. And when you defeat the amalgamite and continue the path, there would be some contraption or something which could be used for suicide and some dust sitting next to it. Checking gives "just fresh with tears" or the like.
