I can approve of that kind of use of my art if it's strictly non profit and if it's something that's mostly for your own use. If you do plan on sharing the fan-made cards online etc. I would really appreciate if you also give credit where it's due/link to the original source/include some kind of "with the permission of_". It's important so that people who see it know where the images are from and that the use of them is limited!
