This is little Nicandra. she is a baby inkling girl but she's only just a few months old despite her appearance looking like she's older.

her story that she was very sick when she was found and adopted by X. I don't think it would be appropriate to dive into what her background was like when she was found by X but let's just say it wasn't exactly pretty and X had to do some things to save all the kids and babies that were there.

Nicandra Is doing a lot better than what she originally was so that's a good thing. although it will take a while for her to fully heal, she is in a much better healthier environment than where she previously was.
