I want to start working on certain styles of art. Right now, I'm thinking that steam punk seems like a really fun style to work on, but there are also other things that I know I would really enjoy working on, I just don't know how to approach. With the steam punk style, I can easily just plop out a quick picture of an airship dodging canons while the captain and his very clunky-looking, robot sidekick guy argue on the front deck. That sounds like an easy project to do because of how intricate yet simple all of the details can become. If I were to do a similar scene in a horror style, there would be a lot more lighting involved, the captain...

I'm going to Full Sail. I'm pretty sure this is real. I'm pretty sure I'm the most excited person right now. I really hope this goes well. My major is going to be Game Art online, and I'm pretty sure my art is not good enough, but I'm going to try going for landscape, lighting, or just 3D character modeling. I really do like to make characters, but I don't think I'm good enough to focus all of my time on it. I do really like landscape too, but that's just the same thing with me, I'm probably not good enough to focus all of my time just to do environment work... So lighting might be what I end up choosing.I don't have to choose a discipline...
