Backlash (Dragon Bust)

This colorful character was inspired by Undyne from Undertale. I don’t know why, he just was. Actually, that was a given since I’m seriously into Undertale right now.
I’ve never really drawn dragons, so all those professional dragon drawers, I’m very sorry if this is wrong, in whatever sort of way?
