This took me a long time and it still isn't that detailed. Sorry guys. A lot of the process is really just practice and trial and error. Trying things, and whatnot. Whew.
This was the final pony made from this:

Sculpey Polymer Clay
Sculpey Glossy Glaze
Tweezers
Scissors
Acrylic Paints
Various-Sized Paint Brushes
Metal Pick (I call it the pokey tool. It's basically a metal toothpick.)
Very Fine Sandpaper
