urgent sai help please?

so I tried to use my tablet and paint tool sai today for the first time in a long time, and my tablet appeared to work normally at first, but then when I opened sai and tried to use it, it was as though sai was only recognising a portion of my tablet? It only does this on sai, so does anyone know whats going on? [I use windows 10 if that helps, but it's never done this before]help would be much appreciated :/
